What’s included with our packages:
1 Hr long training sessions: Training sessions are a minimum of 1 hour long.
16 week workout program: Custom workout program designed to help you achieve your fitness goal whether it be building lean muscle mass, build strength or burning body fat.
Diet Plan: The correct calorie and macronutrient intake is crucial to achieving your fitness goals. I'll create a diet plan that will serve as a blueprint to help you hit your daily calorie goal.
Access to Training App: with my training app you'll be able to keep track of your workouts, track your daily macro intake, and you'll have access to 100's of workouts right at your fingertips. All with instructional videos on how to perform the exercise.
Weekly Check-Ins: We'll take weekly body measurements to track your progress and i will make adjustments to your diet and workout plan accordingly.
Client Text Support: Through my app you'll be able to directly message me, and you'll also have my personal number to message me with any fitness related questions.
